We set up a golf simulator in the venue garden before the guests arrive. During the cocktail hour there is a tournament with a prize from the couple, and everyone plays.

Why
The quiet moment of a wedding is the cocktail hour. That is where we come in.
Between the ceremony and dinner, the couple are off taking photographs and the guests are waiting. With the tent in the garden, that time becomes a tournament: three shots per guest, their name on the screen and a prize from the couple.

Formats
Three formats. The couple picks one, or mixes them.
Family versus family
The bride's family against the groom's, or best men against bridesmaids. It gives the dinner something to talk about and the speech a story.
Open until the end of the party
No tournament, no schedule: whoever wants to play, plays. It becomes the corner for the guests who do not dance.
Other parties
It is not only the wedding day.
Welcome party and brunch
At multi-day weddings with guests from abroad, it is the activity that brings the two families together.
Birthdays and private parties
In the garden at home, at a quinta or in a hall. One fixed price, no cost per person.
Stag and hen parties
A tournament among friends with a prize for the winner, at the house rented for the weekend.
Space
It fits in the garden, it fits in the hall, and the space is left as it was.
In the garden we usually bring the Pro, at 4.46 by 5.20 metres. For the hall there is the compact tent, at 3.74 by 4.62. Both need 3.40 metres of ceiling height and one standard socket.

Price
One fixed price per wedding. No cost per guest.
Saturdays from May to September are booked 1 to 2 months ahead. The date is held with 50%; the rest is paid by the wedding day.

What couples and planners ask us.
How much does a golf simulator cost for a wedding?
The compact tent costs €500 for 2 hours of play and €650 for 4 hours; the Pro, €600 and €750. After 4 hours, each extra hour costs €50. Prices exclude VAT and include travel within 100 km of Lisbon, setup, an operator and insurance, with no cost per guest.
Do guests need to know how to play golf?
No. The operator explains the shot in 30 seconds and we bring clubs for right and left handers, women and juniors. In closest to the pin the ball nearest the hole wins, and first-timers win surprisingly often.
What if it rains on the wedding day?
The tents are covered and closed on three sides, so light rain does not stop play. In strong wind or a storm we move the compact tent into the venue's hall. Plan B is agreed when you book.
Does it fit in the venue garden without damaging anything?
It fits in most gardens. The Pro takes 4.46 by 5.20 metres and the compact 3.74 by 4.62, on grass, packed earth or flat paving. Nothing is drilled, glued or hung, and one standard socket is enough.
Do you work with wedding planners and venues?
Yes. We always tag the planner and the venue in our posts, with the couple's permission, and we have conditions for those who recommend us.
