A professional golf simulator set up at your event in under an hour, in Lisbon and anywhere in Portugal. For golfers and for people who have never held a club.
The Sobrero structure sets up in any atrium, garden, estate or hall, and inside it sits a professional-grade simulator: synthetic turf, a high-resistance impact screen, large-format projection and a launch monitor that reads every shot.
Golf simulator hire for corporate events, weddings, clubs and brand activations in Lisbon, Cascais, Sintra, Porto, the Algarve and across Portugal. The Pro takes 4.46 by 5.20 metres; the compact one 3.74 by 4.62.
We handle everything: transport, setup, operation and takedown. Your team does not lift a finger. Just a club.
We check the space, the ceiling height and the venue logistics. We agree the format: free play, a closest-to-the-pin tournament, or a challenge with prizes and a live leaderboard.
The structure inflates, the turf rolls out, the projector calibrates and the launch monitor is tested. We arrive, we set up, and the course opens.
An operator guides every player, explains the data behind each shot and keeps the queue moving. At the end we take it all down and the space is left exactly as we found it.
A tournament with a live leaderboard where the CEO and the intern compete on level ground.

Open days, tournaments and trade fairs: a club in the hand of someone who has never played, real data for those who have.
The launch monitor reads every shot in real time and projects it onto one of more than 200 famous virtual courses. This is not a fairground game. It is the data professionals train with.
The value is in what we set up: transport, structure, technology and operator. Five hours of play included, whether twenty guests play or two hundred, and after midnight we stop counting hours.
Tell us the date, the venue and the type of event. We come back with a fixed price within 24 hours. An event starts at €750 and includes up to five hours of play. After that it is €100 per hour, and a single day never goes above €1,250.

Talk to us →Two structures, both needing 3.40 metres of ceiling height. The Pro takes 4.46 by 5.20 metres and lets you swing a driver freely. The compact one takes 3.74 by 4.62 and fits from 25 m². Either sets up indoors or outdoors on a flat surface, and we confirm the measurements on the site visit. See the measurements in detail (in Portuguese).
Both structures are roofed and closed on three sides, and handle light rain without a problem: you hit under cover. In strong wind or a storm, for safety, we propose setting up indoors or rescheduling. We always agree a plan B when you book.
A normal domestic socket (230V) covers everything: blower, projector, launch monitor and sound. Full setup takes under 60 minutes; takedown, around 40.
That is where the experience shines brightest. The operator guides each person, we carry clubs for every size and both hands, and the simulator has simple game modes, like hitting a target or closest-to-the-pin, that anyone understands from the first swing.
For weekdays, 2 to 3 weeks is usually enough. For Saturdays between May and September (peak wedding and summer event season) we recommend 1 to 2 months. The date is secured with a 50% deposit on the quoted amount; the balance is due by the day of the event.
An event starts at €750 (excluding VAT) and includes up to five hours of play, with no cost per person. After the fifth hour it is €100 per hour, and a single day never goes above €1,250. Over consecutive days, each extra day is €450. The price includes transport, setup, structure, simulator, projection, sound, operator and public liability insurance. We send a fixed quote within 24 hours.
In a challenge format such as closest-to-the-pin, around 15 to 20 people go through the simulator per hour. In free play, a group of 4 plays a hole in about 10 minutes. At larger events we run the play in slots across the party, by team or by department, so everyone gets a turn.
Yes. We are based in Oeiras, next to Lisbon, and travel across the country: Cascais, Sintra, Setúbal, the Alentejo, Porto and the Algarve. Travel is included in the fixed quote we send.
It is very rare, and everything is built for it: the hitting area is enclosed by the structure, side nets and a high-resistance impact screen, and the activity is always supervised by the operator. Public liability insurance is included in every event.
Sobrero Golf was founded in 2026 in Oeiras by António Sobral and Francisco Forero, with backgrounds in commercial management, events and technology. We bring a professional golf simulator, with more than 200 virtual courses, anywhere in Portugal.
Tell us the date, the location and the type of event. We come back with a fixed price, no surprises, within 24 working hours.
