How much it costs to hire a golf simulator for an event.
One fixed price per event, no cost per person. Pick the tent to fit your space and the playing time to fit your party. Minimum 2 hours.

For a party or a company dinner we recommend 4 hours: enough for 60 to 80 people to play. After 4 hours, each extra hour costs only €50. Ask for 3 hours and you get 4. At events there are always two of our team; each extra person costs €30 an hour. Prices exclude VAT. Hours count from the agreed start time; setup and pack down are not counted.
Birthday party
For birthday parties and parties at home, a simpler package.
Compact tent, up to 3 hours of play and one of our team: €400. Each extra hour, €50. For birthdays, family lunches and parties in the garden at home, up to 50 guests.

Prices exclude VAT. Why is it cheaper than a company event? Because it is a small private party: with fewer than 50 guests one of our team is enough, and these are the quietest days of the week. For companies, brands, more than 50 guests, Friday and Saturday nights or anything outside these conditions, the events price list applies.

Christmas party for 80 people
Compact, 4 hours of play in a lobby in Lisbon: €650. About €8 per guest.
Wedding cocktail hour
Compact, 2 hours in the garden of a quinta in Sintra: €500. If it stays until the end of the night, it moves to 4 hours: €650.
Team day at a club
Pro, 6 hours with a tournament: €850. That is €750 for the first 4 hours and only €50 for each of the next two.

About prices and bookings.
Can I hire it for just one hour?
The minimum is 2 hours of play, because setup, travel and the operator cost the same for one hour or two. So one hour costs the same as two: €500 for the compact tent.
Is there a price for birthday parties and parties at home?
Yes. For private parties of up to 50 guests there is a €400 package: compact tent, up to 3 hours of play and one of our team, Sunday to Thursday or Saturday until 7 pm, within 30 km of Lisbon. Each extra hour costs €50. It is cheaper than a company event because it is a small private party on quiet days; with more than 50 guests or at a company, the events price list applies.
Is there a cost per person?
No. The price is fixed per event, whether 20 or 80 people play. Each person plays for 3 to 4 minutes, around 15 to 20 people an hour. The only exception is the birthday party package, which is cheaper precisely because it is limited to 50 guests.
What if the event is far from Lisbon?
Travel is included within 100 km of Lisbon. Further away, we add travel to the quote and state it in the fixed price.
What if it runs more than one day?
At a trade fair or a multi-day event, the tent stays up between days and we give one fixed price for the whole.
How do I book a date?
We send a fixed price within 24 hours. The date is held with a 50% deposit; the rest is paid after the event.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this page exclude VAT at the current rate.
